Terms of use
1. The service
CatalogPilot AI (“CatalogPilot”) is a web tool that checks product spreadsheets and produces files intended to be compatible with Shopify's product CSV import. It is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc.
2. Your responsibility for your data
You are responsible for the product data you check and import, and for reviewing results before importing them into your store. CatalogPilot fixes only issues it can correct reliably and flags others; it does not create missing product information.
3. No guarantee of import success
CatalogPilot follows Shopify's published documentation, but Shopify controls its import process and may change it. We do not guarantee that a file will import successfully or produce a particular result in your store. Test-import a small number of products first and keep a backup (for example, a Shopify product export) before overwriting existing products.
4. Paid repairs
Where paid features are offered, prices are shown before checkout and payment is processed by Stripe. A purchase unlocks the full corrected export for the specific file purchased.
Owner / legal review required: Confirm your refund policy wording and any consumer-law cancellation rights (e.g. EU 14-day withdrawal rules for digital content).5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, abuse its APIs, or use it to process data you don't have the right to use.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CatalogPilot is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Owner / legal review required: Liability limits must be checked against the law that applies to you and your customers.7. Changes
